Ginny Evans-Pollard is a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ coach, motivational speaker, educator, and founder of Empauher, dedicated to helping individuals and organisations create inclusive, empowering spaces where authenticity and well-being lead to meaningful success.
My name is Ginny Evans-Pollard. I founded Empauher to support neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people in thriving in life and work and to help businesses and individuals create truly inclusive environments where everyone can show up as themselves.
My journey is shaped by lived experience. For years, I masked my neurodivergent traits and queerness to fit into environments that weren’t built with me in mind. Like many others, I struggled with burnout, anxiety, and the exhausting pressure to ‘perform normal.’ Everything changed when I started unmasking, got coaching, and finally had access to community and tools that affirmed my identity and strengths.
Now, I support others to do the same. I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to build cultures rooted in psychological safety, flexibility, and joy. I bring 20 years of experience in education, performance, and coaching, along with specialist knowledge of neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
Empauher is about more than fixing what’s broken—it’s about imagining and building workplaces where difference is not just accepted, but celebrated. I believe when people are empowered to work with their brains and identities, not against them, amazing things happen.
Let’s create environments where authenticity drives performance, and everyone has space to belong and succeed.

Empowering authenticity through storytelling, coaching, and bold visibility.
As a motivational speaker and storyteller, I bring together performance, coaching, and lived experience to spark real, lasting change. My work sits at the intersection of storytelling and empowerment, drawing on my journey as a queer, neurodivergent person navigating a world that often demands we mask or shrink ourselves to fit in.
In 2025, I wrote and performed Oops, My Neurodiversity Is Showing!?—a bold, funny, and deeply personal solo show that premiered at Brighton Fringe and was nominated for Outstanding Show by a Neurodiverse Artist. My workshops blend comedy, storytelling, and improv, which can be booked for training in person onsite and online to work with teams in corporate, educational settings, non-profit or community contexts. The show explores identity, mental health, and visibility, turning moments of struggle into shared laughter and connection.
Through speaking, I don’t just share stories—I create experiences. Whether in a theatre, a boardroom, or a workshop space, I use humour, vulnerability, and insight to open up powerful conversations around neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and mental health. My talks challenge stigma, foster empathy, and invite audiences to embrace difference as a strength.
One size does not fit all.
My holistic, evidence-based approach honours the full complexity of who you are—your identity, your neurotype, your lived experience. Whether through Empauher’s coaching services or performance-based speaking, my goal is to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
You can find out more about my motivational speaker offerings and interactive workshops in the neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ inclusion space on my Services page. I also write and perform as a comedian and solo artist—check out my performance work here.
This work is personal. It’s about creating spaces where people can show up as their full selves—and feel the power of being unapologetically visible.
